My name is Alexis Pierson, and I have lived in Onslow County since 2002, and have been practicing real estate full time since 2006. What is a Starter Home? A Starter Home is your basic entry-level home or investment property. They traditionally have 2 or 3 bedrooms, and in our area, fall under the $200,000 price range. Buying or selling your first home can be incredibly stressful. Not only is it a huge financial decision, but it can be overwhelmingly emotional. That's where I come in. It is my job to act as a buffer between my clients and the stress of the home buying or selling process, so that they can be free to enjoy it for what it really is... A great step forward for their family!
